Code Ann. § 58-1-505","heading":"Lease to United States","body":"The governor is authorized and empowered to lease lands acquired in accordance with §§ 58-1-501 - 58-1-504, to the United States government when such action is deemed by the governor to be advantageous to the defense of the state and the nation.
