Code Ann. § 58-1-514","heading":"Federal property - Care and custody","body":"Federal property, issued to the Tennessee national guard, shall not be used for any purpose other than that for which such was issued, and shall not be loaned for any other activity, either state, civilian, or federal, except to the extent authorized by appropriate regulations.
