The commissioner shall promulgate rules to establish methods by which this section shall be monitored and enforced, including appropriate provisions for the filing by any employees and the review of statements and supplements to such statements concerning any financial interest which may be affected by this section.\nRepealed and reenacted by 2021 Tenn.
