Code Ann. § 6-20-213","heading":"Powers of mayor","body":"The mayor shall preside at all meetings of the board of commissioners and perform such other duties consistent with the mayor's office as may be imposed by it, and the mayor shall have a seat, a voice and a vote, but no veto.
