Code Ann. § 62-18-104","heading":"Public member","body":"In addition to appointments made pursuant to § 62-18-103 , the board shall also consist of one (1) member who shall be appointed by the governor for a six-year term, each term to begin on July 1 and who shall not be engaged in the practice of land surveying.
