Code Ann. § 62-21-108","heading":"Insurance required","body":"Each application for a charter must be accompanied by evidence that the applicant holds occurrence liability insurance of two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) for a single occurrence of liability and five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) aggregate liability for the annual period of insurance.
