Code Ann. § 62-6-115","heading":"Corporations and partnerships","body":"Corporations and partnerships may engage in the business of contracting; provided, that at least one (1) of the major stockholders or partners or full-time employees with a written power of attorney to bind the corporation or partnership has sufficient knowledge of the construction business in which the persons are licensed to perform.
