Code Ann. § 63-12-116","heading":"Issuance of licenses","body":"(a) If the applicant for examination be found worthy and competent by the board, it shall issue to the applicant a certificate of license to practice veterinary medicine in this state.\n(b) Each licensee shall be entitled to exercise all the rights and privileges of a doctor of veterinary medicine.
