Code Ann. § 63-19-207","heading":"Unauthorized utilization of services","body":"When a licensed orthopedic physician or surgeon utilizes the services of a licensed orthopedic physician assistant inconsistent with this part, it shall constitute grounds for a finding of unprofessional conduct, and the physician shall be subject to disciplinary action by the board of medical examiners.
