Code Ann. § 63-26-121","heading":"Retirement from practice","body":"Any licensee who has retired, or may hereafter retire from practice in this state, shall not be made to register if such person files with the commissioner an affidavit on a form to be furnished by the commissioner. The affidavit shall state the date on which the person retired from practice and any other facts the commissioner deems necessary to verify the retirement.
