Code Ann. § 63-6-238","heading":"Notice to patients of departure","body":"Psychiatrists are not required to notify patients that were treated by them at community mental health centers, as defined in § 33-1-101 , of their departure from such community mental health centers. Patient records shall remain with the community mental health centers.
