Code Ann. § 63-7-118","heading":"Investigation of applicants for accreditation","body":"A survey of the institution or institutions and agencies with which the school is to be affiliated shall be made by the executive director or by a qualified nurse appointed for this purpose by the board. The school shall submit a written report to the board.
