Code Ann. § 64-10-202","heading":"Part definitions","body":"As used in this part, unless the context otherwise requires:\n(1) \"Agribusiness\" means a business dealing with agricultural products or engaged in providing products or services to farmers;\n(2) \"Authority\" means the Cumberland regional business and agribusiness marketing authority;\n(3) \"Board\" means the board of directors of the Cumberland regional business and agribusiness marketing authority;\n(4) \"Business\" means any start-up or existing business;\n(5) \"Center\" means the regional food distribution center established by the authority;\n(6) \"Department\" means the department of agriculture; and\n(7) \"Region\" means the area consisting of the counties of Anderson, Campbell, Cumberland, Fentress, Loudon, Morgan, Roane, Scott and any other county in the eastern grand division that becomes a member of the authority in accordance with § 64-10-215 .","path":["TN Code","Title 64","Chapter 10"],"source_url":"https://oss-data-us.vaquill.ai/v2026.08/us_tn_statutes.parquet","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:26Z","sha256":"83d69091aa5ba4fd0c3724b0971be02d9fa323866b7f96d6703659d7f3e9a806","source_id":"us-tn","stale":false,"prev":"us-tn/tenn.-code-ann.-64-10-201","next":"us-tn/tenn.-code-ann.-64-10-203"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
