Code Ann. § 65-29-108","heading":"Bylaws","body":"The board of directors shall adopt the first bylaws to be adopted following an incorporation, conversion, merger or consolidation. Thereafter, bylaws shall be adopted, amended, or repealed by its members, by the affirmative vote of a majority of those members voting thereon at a meeting of the members.
