Code Ann. § 65-34-108","heading":"Agreements among public electric systems - Legislative intent","body":"Two (2) or more public electric systems serving adjacent current geographic territories may enter into an agreement by which their current geographic territories are modified and by which equipment, facilities, and the right to serve specified parcels of land are transferred from one (1) public electric system to another.
