Code Ann. § 65-5-105","heading":"Intrastate rate reductions reflecting tax savings","body":"Any public utility, the maximum rates of which are fixed by the commission, shall reduce its intrastate rates to reflect any tax savings resulting from chapter 312 of the Public Acts of 1989.
