Code Ann. § 67-3-617","heading":"License termination - Notice - Surrender","body":"Whenever any person licensed to do business under this chapter relocates, discontinues, sells, or transfers the business, the license shall be void, and the licensee shall immediately notify the department in writing of the relocation, discontinuance, sale, or transfer. The notice shall give the date of the event, and if a sale or transfer of the business, the name and address of the purchaser or transferee.
