Code Ann. § 67-6-408","heading":"Transportation equity trust fund - Commissioners' annual report","body":"On or before December 31 each year, the commissioners of revenue and transportation shall jointly publish and provide to the governor and to each member of the general assembly a report that summarizes the amount and source of all moneys received and deposited during the preceding fiscal year in the transportation equity fund, created pursuant to § 67-6-103(b) . The report shall also include the following information:\n(1) The total amount of moneys received under this chapter from the sale, use, consumption, distribution, or storage for use or consumption of fuels used for aviation;\n(2) The total amount of moneys received under this chapter from the sale, use, consumption, distribution, or storage for use or consumption of fuels used for railways;\n(3) The total amount of moneys received under this chapter from the sale, use, consumption, distribution, or storage for use or consumption of fuels used for water carriers;\n(4) The portion of the transportation equity trust fund used by the department of transportation for railway-related programs and activities, including a brief description of each such program and activity receiving such funding;\n(5) The portion of the transportation equity trust fund used by the department of transportation for aeronautics-related programs and activities, including a brief description of each such program and activity receiving such funding; and\n(6) The portion of the transportation equity trust fund used by the department of transportation for waterways-related programs and activities, including a brief description of each such program and activity receiving such funding.","path":["TN Code","Title 67","Chapter 6"],"source_url":"https://oss-data-us.vaquill.ai/v2026.08/us_tn_statutes.parquet","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:26Z","sha256":"8a04b8e0d33eb912dc7653111650356fa12debcda668164b1aa74587ab341768","source_id":"us-tn","stale":false,"prev":"us-tn/tenn.-code-ann.-67-6-407","next":"us-tn/tenn.-code-ann.-67-6-409"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
