Code Ann. § 68-1-120","heading":"Report on nursing home inspection and enforcement activities.","body":"The commissioner shall submit a report by not later than February 1 of each year to the governor and to each house of the general assembly regarding the department's nursing home inspection and enforcement activities during the previous year. The report shall analyze trends in compliance with nursing home standards and residents' rights by nursing homes in the state, and shall be limited to identifying those trends through aggregate and quantitative data only. In preparing the report, the commissioner may utilize quantitative data compiled by nursing homes pursuant to federal or state regulations.
