Code Ann. § 68-105-118","heading":"Nonrenewal, revocation, or suspension of registration or application.","body":"(a) The department may refuse to issue or renew, and revoke or suspend any registration or application if any registrant or applicant:\n(1) Has violated any provision of this chapter or any other state or federal law relating to explosives, or has violated any regulation duly promulgated by the department;\n(2) Has misrepresented or concealed any material fact in the application for a registration, or any document filed in support of the application;\n(3) Has permitted any employee of the person, either by direct instruction or by reasonable implication, to violate this chapter;\n(4) Has been terminated from employment due to possessing or being under the influence of intoxicants or possessing or using illegal drugs;\n(5) Has used explosives in an unsafe manner; or\n(6) Has been convicted in a court of competent jurisdiction of a felony, or is under indictment for the same.\n(b) Any current registration as a blaster, limited blaster, handler, or firm shall automatically become invalid if the registrant's ATF license or permit is revoked or otherwise becomes invalid.","path":["Title 68 Health, Safety and Environmental Protection","Chapter 105 Tennessee Blasting Standards Act of 1975"],"source_url":"https://archive.org/download/gov.tn.tca/release76.2021.05.21/gov.tn.tca.title.68.odt","current_through":"2021-05-21","vintage":"Tennessee Code Release 76 (2021-05), retrieved 2026-09-17","retrieved_at":"2026-09-17T21:57:36Z","sha256":"f5792565edbf52815606d81329d02078899cfc7471f9f9d12676f762021c2084","source_id":"us-tn","stale":true,"prev":"us-tn/tenn.-code-ann.-68-105-117","next":"us-tn/tenn.-code-ann.-68-105-119"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
