Code Ann. § 68-11-1611","heading":"Review of progress — Revocation of certificate.","body":"The agency shall, at least annually, review progress on any project covered by an issued certificate of need, and may require a showing by the holder of such certificate of substantial and timely progress to implement the project; and if, in the opinion of the executive director, such progress is lacking, the executive director may present a petition for revocation of the certificate of need for the agency's consideration.
