Code Ann. § 68-11-265","heading":"Use of information obtained by the department.","body":"Information obtained by the department from hospitals and other healthcare providers under §§ 68-11-263 and 68-11-264 shall not be public information. Reports and studies prepared by the department based upon the information shall be public information and may identify individual healthcare entities. The department shall not release any patient level data.
