Code Ann. § 68-114-104","heading":"Violations.","body":"No passenger or skier shall:\n(1) Board or embark upon or disembark from a passenger tramway except at an area designated for that purpose;\n(2) Throw or expel any object from a passenger tramway;\n(3) Do any act that interferes with the running or operation of a passenger tramway;\n(4) Place any object in the uphill track of a surface lift that may cause a passenger to fall;\n(5) Except at designated locations, cross the uphill track of any surface lift;\n(6) Ski on a slope or ski trail that has been designated “closed” as provided by this chapter; or\n(7) Leave the scene of a skiing accident or collision resulting in bodily injury to another without providing the information required in § 68-114-108 to the specified person.","path":["Title 68 Health, Safety and Environmental Protection","Chapter 114 Ski Area Safety and Liability Act"],"source_url":"https://archive.org/download/gov.tn.tca/release76.2021.05.21/gov.tn.tca.title.68.odt","current_through":"2021-05-21","vintage":"Tennessee Code Release 76 (2021-05), retrieved 2026-09-17","retrieved_at":"2026-09-17T21:57:36Z","sha256":"6ed19b4b9f63d681675f7c719844931a0c110f5ea29332a874e903f4ad8f6a26","source_id":"us-tn","stale":true,"prev":"us-tn/tenn.-code-ann.-68-114-103","next":"us-tn/tenn.-code-ann.-68-114-105"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
