Code Ann. § 68-117-105","heading":"Penalty.","body":"A violation of any of the provisions of this chapter constitutes a Class B misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not more than five hundred dollars ($500). Each day on which a violation occurs constitutes a separate offense.
