Code Ann. § 68-120-401","heading":"Promulgation of rules — Procedures.","body":"The commissioner of commerce and insurance shall promulgate rules setting forth departmental procedures for resolving disputes regarding the interpretation and application of building and construction safety standards adopted pursuant to § 68-120-101 that arise during the review of plans or the inspection of construction by the department.
