Code Ann. § 68-14-715","heading":"Inspection reports.","body":"(a) Inspection results for food service establishments shall be recorded on standard departmental forms that summarize the requirements of the law and rules and regulations.\n(b) A copy of the completed inspection report shall be furnished in a manner prescribed by the commissioner to the person in charge of the facility at the conclusion of the inspection.\n(c) The most current inspection report furnished to the operator or person in charge of the establishment shall be posted in a conspicuous manner.
