Code Ann. § 68-14-726","heading":"Maintenance of required files — Requirements if contracting with company that provides drivers.","body":"The files required to be maintained in accordance with this part shall be kept by all quick fast food establishments that employ drivers or that contract with drivers or contract with companies that provide drivers for the delivery of food.
