Code Ann. § 68-202-706","heading":"Inspections and examinations","body":"The commissioner or the commissioner's duly authorized representative is authorized to make inspections and examinations of the radiation sources which are subject to this part as the commissioner may deem proper, and for this purpose shall have the right to enter, at any reasonable hour, upon any premises for inspection or examination.
