Code Ann. § 68-212-312","heading":"Rules and regulations - Appeals","body":"In addition to all other enumerated powers in this chapter and chapter 211 of this title, the board is authorized to promulgate rules and regulations to effectuate the purpose of this part, and to hear appeals from orders or assessments issued by the commissioner pursuant to this part.
