Code Ann. § 68-5-508","heading":"Informational pamphlets to be provided to family prior to testing.","body":"The information distributed to the family pursuant to §§ 68-5-504(b)(7) and 68-5-506(b)(3) shall be provided to the family before any blood sample for testing is drawn from the newborn. The pamphlet shall disclose the exemption from testing or treatment of a child pursuant to § 68-5-403.
