Code Ann. § 69-6-128","heading":"Merger of districts","body":"Watershed districts may be merged or consolidated by the unanimous vote of the board of directors of such districts, concurred in by a majority of the voters of each district in an election conducted as provided in §§ 69-6-106 - 69-6-110.
