Code Ann. § 7-54-111","heading":"Solid waste recovery disposal systems - Participation by not-for-profit corporations","body":"Any not-for-profit corporation authorized by the laws of Tennessee to act for the benefit or on behalf of any one (1) or more counties, cities and towns pursuant to this chapter is authorized to participate in applicable approved local, joint or regional solid waste recovery disposal systems pursuant to chapter 58 of this title.
