Code Ann. § 7-82-311","heading":"Customer installation of water service","body":"The recipient of water service to be provided by a utility shall be entitled to procure the material and install the water service for property personally owned by such proposed customer of the utility district; provided, that such material and installation shall fully comply with the standard specifications established for the district in which the service is to be placed.
