Code Ann. § 7-84-204","heading":"Public hearing to be ordered - When held","body":"Upon the filing of a petition purporting to contain the requisite number of signatures, or upon the adoption of a resolution by the governing body, the governing body shall order a public hearing to determine whether such central business improvement district shall be established.
