Code Ann. § 7-84-705","heading":"Authority to establish and govern infrastructure development districts","body":"This part provides independent authority, separate and apart from chapters 32 and 33 of this title, and parts 1-6 of this chapter, for the establishment and governance of an infrastructure development district, and constitutes an alternative method of establishing and governing such a district.
