Code Ann. § 71-5-1416","heading":"Funding to increase access to home and community-based services in the state-funded options program","body":"Subject to the availability of funding, the commissioner shall designate in each year's appropriations bill an amount of money that can be used to increase access to home and community-based services in the state-funded options program for persons who do not qualify for medicaid long-term care services.
