Code Ann. § 71-5-2112","heading":"Government of joint institutions","body":"Any institution established jointly by counties, as provided in § 71-5-2111 , shall in all respects serve as a county institution of each of the counties participating, subject to the rules and regulations agreed upon by the legislative bodies of the participating counties.
