Code Ann. § 8-30-315","heading":"Employee suspension for disciplinary purposes","body":"An appointing authority may suspend without pay an employee, for disciplinary purposes, for such length of time as the authority considers appropriate, not exceeding thirty (30) days in any twelve-month period.
