Code Ann. § 8-34-203","heading":"Application of other laws","body":"No other provision of law in any other statute which provides wholly or partly at the expense of this state or any political subdivision thereof pensions or retirement benefits for members or beneficiaries of the retirement system shall apply to such members or beneficiaries of the retirement system except Title II of the Social Security Act ( 42 U.S.C. §§ 401 - 425 ), and chapter 25, part 3 of this title.
