Code Ann. § 8-34-713","heading":"Effect of change in compensation for the position from which a beneficiary has retired","body":"Notwithstanding any law to the contrary, the retirement allowance of any member who retires under a superseded system shall not be increased by any future increase in salary, base compensation, or other increases in compensation as allowed for the position from which the member retires.
