Code Ann. § 8-36-703","heading":"Recomputation of benefits of beneficiaries of state and teachers' superseded systems who were retired under ten-year arithmetic average","body":"Whenever a beneficiary of the Tennessee teachers' retirement system and the Tennessee state retirement system shall have been retired under a ten-year arithmetic average, the beneficiary shall have such beneficiary's benefits recomputed under a five-year arithmetic average.
