Code Ann. § 8-50-805","heading":"Previous local school board employees or teachers - Sick leave","body":"Sections 8-50-803 and 8-50-804 do not apply to state employees or teachers employed by a local school board in Tennessee who leave the employ of the state or of that board in good standing and become full-time state employees within six (6) months of the date of termination.
