Code Ann. § 8-8-202","heading":"Advance fees on process from other counties","body":"No sheriff or constable shall be compelled to execute any subpoena or original summons in civil cases coming from any county other than the one in which such sheriff or constable is an officer, unless the fees allowed such sheriff or constable by law for the service of such process, if demanded, are paid in advance.
