Code Ann. § 9-21-106","heading":"Rate discrimination prohibited","body":"When a public works project supplies its services to consumers who use solar or wind powered equipment as a source of energy, that public works project shall not discriminate against those consumers by its rates, fees or charges or by altering the availability or quality of energy.
