Code Ann. § 9-4-208","heading":"Appropriations to promote industries and facilities involving modern technologies - Audits","body":"(a) It is in the interest of this state to promote, encourage and foster the commercial and economic interests of the state by attraction of industries, educational and research facilities, and other facilities involving modern technologies.
