Agriculture Code § 12.0145","heading":"SUBMISSION OF PROPOSED FEE SCHEDULE.","body":"The department shall include, as part of each request for legislative appropriations submitted to the Legislative Budget Board, a proposed fee schedule that would recover all direct costs of administering each regulatory program of the department except a regulatory program exempted by the department because increased cost recovery would be contrary to the program's purpose.\nAdded by Acts 1989, 71st Leg., ch. 230, Sec. 6, eff.
