Agriculture Code § 122.401","heading":"PENALTY SCHEDULE.","body":"(a) The department by rule shall adopt a schedule of sanctions and penalties for violations of this chapter and rules adopted under this chapter that does not conflict with 7 U.S.C. Section 1639p(e).\n(b) A penalty collected under this chapter other than a civil penalty collected under Subchapter H must be deposited in the state hemp production account under Section 122.003.\nAdded by Acts 2019, 86th Leg., R.S., Ch. 764 (H.B. 1325), Sec. 2, eff.
