Agriculture Code § 128.009","heading":"PERSON ENTITLED TO FILE; EXCEPTION.","body":"(a) Except as provided by Subsection (b) or by Section 128.047, a person who provides an agricultural chemical, agricultural seed, or labor may file a notice of claim of lien as provided by this chapter.\n(b) A claimant may not file a notice of claim of lien if the settlement of a dispute between the claimant and the debtor has been submitted to the department and is pending.\nAdded by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 197, Sec. 1, eff.
