Agriculture Code § 13.112","heading":"TESTS FOR STATE INSTITUTIONS.","body":"As requested by the comptroller or the governing body of a state institution, the department shall test each weighing or measuring device used by a state institution for any purpose, including a weighing or measuring device used in checking the receipt and distribution of supplies.
