Agriculture Code § 13.451","heading":"DEFINITIONS.","body":"In this subchapter:\n(1) \"License holder\" means a person who holds a service company license or a service technician license.\n(2) \"Service company\" means a person who holds a service company license issued by the department under this subchapter.\n(3) \"Service technician\" means an individual who holds a service technician license issued by the department under this subchapter.\nAdded by Acts 2013, 83rd Leg., R.S., Ch. 924 (H.B. 1494), Sec. 3.26, eff.
